Spending some time with the Young Bible Scholars (and anyone else) to help organize themselves for writing support letters.
Workshop includes formatting the letters themselves, keeping a list of contacts and their addresses, maintaining that list so thank you notes can go out, creating a list of folks who are dedicated to praying, and a sundry of other mundane tasks that go along with the task of inviting support.
